Why we exist
Silence is a choice somebody made.
One of us was relocated from Canada to India through a provider who went quiet for weeks at a stretch. No updates, no explanation, nobody who owned the problem. Cross-border employment runs on paperwork that somebody else controls, and when that somebody stops answering, you simply wait.
It is a common story, and that is the part worth being angry about. Nothing in this work makes poor communication inevitable. Firms are just rarely penalised for it.
So we built the opposite, and pointed it at the firms who need delivery they can actually rely on.

Sheron Nexus is a family company, run day to day by two brothers. Both of us are working software engineers, which is why candidates get interviewed on the work rather than on their keyword count.

We lived the employee side
One of us relocated from Canada to India through exactly the process we now run for others. We know what it feels like when nobody answers, and we built the firm so it never happens to the people you place.

Honesty
We do not inflate a candidate or a capability. The person on paper is the person who turns up, and when we do not know something we say so on the call.
Integrity
The deal runs the way it was described, including the parts you cannot see. We look after the people we place, because that is the job, not a cost line.
Transparency
You see our full cost breakdown, we see your bill rate, and the split is checkable by both of us. Nothing about the money is hidden in either direction.
Consistent communication
The same standard for a partner, a candidate, or someone who told us no. Nobody has to chase us for an answer.
The company
Early, and straight about it.
We are a new firm. You would be among our first partners, and we would rather say that plainly than dress the place up with logos and quotes you cannot check.
It is also why the terms lean your way: the first role costs you nothing, the agreement is month to month, and there are no minimums. Judge us on a shortlist.
